We’ve hosted countless gatherings here: huge parties in the barn, friends camping out for weekends, big family barbecues and quiet evenings by the fire pit under the stars.

To make it easier and more accessible for the right buyer, we’ve decided to split the property: we’ll downsize into the annexe ourselves, while offering the main house, barn and roughly a quarter-acre for sale. We’ll ensure privacy for both homes with discreet fencing and a new gated entrance, so it all feels like its own special place.

The entire estate sits on 1/2 an acre plot in Lymm Village, Cheshire.
